Why do people never thank you for your service in Nigeria? Why?
Whenever I walk the streets overseas/abroad in my 🇳🇬 Nigeria Police uniform, I’m often stopped by locals who say, "Thank you for your service."

- I think the average Nigerian doesn’t quite connect elections to outcomes in their everyday life.
- Imagine working a decent job as a school bus driver, you get kidnapped with the school kids you carry. Ransom is paid and yet you are killed. The news makes no mention of you. Security agencies leave you out of reports. No justice. Just another day in Nigeria.
- Anyways do like the Indians, don’t argue. Just bring more of your people, buy the convenience stores in their neighborhood, get the diplomas, thrive and buy property off their hands.
