- 12th Braunwald's is out. Very honored to have written chapter on Environment and CVD with Dr Rajagopalan. Surreal moment as I grew up reading this book as the bible of cardiology. Thanks to editors and looking forward to read the other chapters.

- Replying to @awilkinson and @prenuvoThis is potentially dangerous. Incidental findings can lead to anxiety and unnecessary testing which is associated with complications (biopsies, catheterizations, or even surgery). Given that the risk of cancers is very small, risks likely outweigh benefits.
