    Earlier this week my family tragically lost my Uncle. There is a lot that could/should be said but for now I will stick with needs to be said… Uncle Frank was one of my favorite people in the world. I have idolized him for as long as I could remember.

    To the kids that complain about my strike zone after I send them back to the beach for not swinging I have one simple response....your parents aren't going to get you Dairy Queen for walking 4 times in a game, they want to see you swing that 300 dollar bat they bought

    Steps for beginner weight lifters... 1) Join a gym 2) workout with a personal trainer for a week 3) After 2 weeks start posting on social media like your a fitness guru 4) Create own Fitness page and boom you are an expert body builder I hate this world we live in🤦🏽‍♂️

    Crazy how fast people switch up...I get a job and suddenly my mom can’t toss me any cash anymore. Just 3 months ago I could get $100 like nothing now she’s making me pay for the Hot N Ready from Little Caesars🧐

    Lost my laptop charger....pissed. Call Connor and he says he took it home on accident...happy. Connor comes back turns out it's his charger and not mine...pissed again. Figured out I threw it away last night..still pissed. Find it in the dumpster...pumped. Life is wild💻🔌
