Highlights:
- Limits size of reg fees to 2000YEN ($13USD)
- Limits offline tournament size to 200 entrants or less
- Sponsor, monetization restrictions
- No cash prizes

Yesterday at a bar I wound up talking about Smash Bros. When I brought up Port Priority the people I was talking to were like “you run port priority?? We watch it every year!!”
I didn’t pay for a drink the rest of the evening
UPDATE TO ALL: Port Priority is in a much healthier financial position than it was 12 hours ago.
Our final invoice contained a $12K clerical error that has since been resolved. The venue has even knocked off $2k off the overall price to account for the error.
