- On January 21st, 1999, Super Smash Bros. was released on the Nintendo 64 in Japan. Today, we celebrate the 25th Anniversary of a game that means so much to us and millions of people around the globe. And we can't wait for 25 more!
- The flippant Demon Hunter himself, Dante from the Devil May Cry series, joins the Crusade!
- Coming right up from the underground, get ready to have a bad time because the weakest monster is here to show you how to have a spine. Do you have the determination to accept your judgement... and a skele-ton of puns as well? sans the skeleton joins the Crusade!
- Banjo & Kazooie get Jiggy with it in SSBC 0.9.5! This Iconic Bear & Bird duo make their way to Smash Crusade in style! Use moves, both new and familiar, to win the match and earn that Ultimate victory!
- The Crusade mural has been updated to now include Sans!
- Crusade Mural Banner has been updated to include Dark Link, Dante, Balloon Fighter, Scizor & Banjo & Kazooie!
- Balloon Fighter Pops Into SSBC 0.9.5! Use Balloon Fighters titular Balloons to help him combo in the air! But watch out for yourself, your movement and recovery relies on Balloon Fighter keeping them safe and pumped!
- Sonic is here with a new Final Smash called Super Phantom Rush! If you activate it under close proximity, he'll unleash a wave of punches and kicks, finishing with a strong stomp attack, launching the enemy away! This Final Smash will truly make you feel UNDEFEATABLE!
