Shoutouts to the Zelda team for releasing a finished product day 1 that isn't riddled with bugs, crashes and frame rate stuttering.
I'm over 50 hours in Tears of the Kingdom and I haven't even seen one game bug. Not one. It's amazing for an open world game like this.
In Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2, almost all the textures on surfaces got redone in HD, and both run at a native 4K resolution at a flawless 60fps on Switch 2.
IMO, I see the value here.
Name me one 3D platformer that is better on Xbox or PlayStation, in any generation.....yeah...
Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition will retail for $69.99 on Switch 2.
Keep in mind that this includes all DLC and the 15 hour Phantom Liberty Expansion, which btw was never released on PS4 due to that console not being able to run it.
Should tell you something about Switch 2.
Bloomberg:
Switch 2 Pre-Orders estimated to be 6.6 Million globally, and it's estimated that Nintendo can produce 6-8 Million by June 5th.
For reference, the biggest selling console launches ever are the PS4 and PS5, tied at 4.5 million.
Switch 2 is looking to smash records.
The maker of Switch 2 Carts, Macronix, has reported in their quarterly earnings that they will start using MLC NAND and 3D NAND to meet "varying capacity" requirements.
This update could hint that Switch 2 will get more cart storage sizes beyond the current 64GB in the future.
Street Fighter 6 on Switch 2 has more detailed textures on characters than the Xbox Series S version of the game.
Switch 2 has more RAM than XSS, so as we've discussed before, you'll some Switch 2 games in fact look better than XSS. Neat huh?

I've heard PC gamers blame Nintendo when they play Switch games, but really this is all Xbox's fault dating back to 2001.
Nintendo has had this button layout since 1990 with the SNES, all Microsoft had to do is just follow suit for Windows with Xbox and we'd all be good lol.
I've said it before, you can have all the newest hardware/tech powering your game but a better art design (with just enough tech) will almost always win out.
Metroid Prime 4 on Switch 2 = an easy win over Marathon.
Seeing some say the Metroid Prime 4 trailer isn't running on Switch, but you can tell it is. MP4 has some of the same lighting limits that Metroid Prime Remastered had and likely upscaled to 1080p.
Let's give Retro Studios credit for doing witchcraft on nearly 10 year old tech.
I didn't watch the DF Switch 2 review until I had already recorded my own Review (coming today) but I honestly never noticed screen ghosting when playing in handheld and didn't see other reviews mention it.
Most don't play games at 11% speed, so I doubt many will ever notice.🤷♂️
