- Houston, we have a problem! TEE screen for TriClip procedure… reveals RA appendage thrombus. Isolated RAA thrombus is rare (without LAA or LV thrombus). Chronic AF and severe RV systolic dysfunction likely responsible. #iEcho #echofirst

- Starting to love the new 3D color Doppler visualization tools. MV pre-TEER for P1 flail. The “standard” 3D color Doppler shows the medially directed MR jet. The TruView imaging shows an other-worldly MR nebula.
- Severe functional TR. #mitraclip x2 to septal/anterior leaflets. TR much improved, RV systolic function a little worse (as expected). Learning so much about the forgotten valve; #❤️interventionalecho @ASE360
