    Syphilis has a 10-90 day incubation phase before an easily missed painless penile ulcer appears. This ulcer disappears in 2-6 wks without treatment. The rash of 2ndry syph seen below appears in 4-8 weeks. Remember, not all rashes are measles! Image: doi.org/10.1503/cmaj.0…

    Consult your friendly neighborhood STD clinic if you have any of these, and don"t forget to include the routine HIV test! Not all STDs have symptoms. Make sure you do regular screening if you had or have condomless sex.
