Distracted driving tickets are ⬆️⬆️ on Feb 1/20 1st offence: $580 and 4 demerits 2nd*: $1400, 4 demerits, 7-day impound** 3rd*: $2100, 4 demerits, 7-day impound** *Within 1yr of being convicted of the 1st offence **Vehicle owners are responsible for towing & impound fees
