- SFUSD is closing schools to students for 3 weeks beginning Monday, March 16 through the end of regularly scheduled spring break (ends Fri. 4/3). Staff will be working part of this time to prepare and train on how to educate and support community health - bit.ly/39MHW55
- Supper is now included in @SFUSDSchoolFood pick-up meals! SFUSD students can now get 3 meals to take home every day. No identification or proof of school enrollment is required. Get a map of pick-up sites & download fliers in multiple languages: sfusd.edu/schoolfood
- SFUSD is extending temporary school closures through May 1, 2020. Please continue to shelter in place to minimize the spread of COVID-19. For more information, go to sfusd.edu
- Although CA will adopt new indoor mask policies on March 11, there will be no changes to SFUSD's mask protocols. Indoor masking remains in effect as part of our layered approach to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Face masks are not required outdoors. sfusd.edu/announcements/…
- Estimated that over 1,000 students from across #SF walked out of school and are heading to Civic Center in peaceful protest.
- All SFUSD schools and offices will be closed tomorrow, Friday, November 16, due to poor air quality inside and outside - bit.ly/2PwSRtM
- Replying to @SFUnifiedAny school work being shared by teachers at this time is completely optional. Most important right now: care for each other and stay home. Okay to go out for walks and essential needs.
- An incident at Balboa High was reported. Students are safe and @SFPD are investigating. Denman MS, Leadership High School, San Miguel Early Education School, and Balboa High are all on lockdown. More updates to follow.
- SFUSD families: If you would like to keep your children home for health reasons, any absences over the next 2 weeks will be excused. Please follow regular procedures for letting your school know of your child's absence.
