The Bus Rapid Transit corridor on Van Ness will shorten travel times by about a third & improve 49 Van Ness/Mission reliability along the entire line. These beautiful red transit lanes will ease major traffic congestion.

Last fall, we posted No Turn On Red signs at over 50 intersections in the Tenderloin to study how they can make streets safer to cross. In SF, 20% of cyclist and pedestrian injury crashes involve drivers turning at signalized intersections. ( 🧵)
