BREAKING: A stunning 34 members of the US Congress — including @AOC, @BernieSanders, and @RepMcGovern — have sent a letter to President Biden calling on him to pardon me after I was targeted by Chevron with the nation’s first corporate prosecution. Grateful. Please share:

BREAKING: It's over. Just left with release papers in hand. Completely unjust that I spent even 1 day in this Kafkaesque situation. Not looking back. Onward.👊❤️

Israeli soldiers post themselves "conquering" a hospital in Gaza where 43 intensive care patients just died because of a lack of oxygen, according to ABC News. As a Jew and human rights attorney, I find this photo repulsive. Get out.

BREAKING: Today likely will go down in history as a major turning point in saving our planet. Dutch court orders Shell to halve emissions; shareholders slam Chevron over Ecuador; Exxon loses two Board seats to climate activists. The fossil fuel era is ending.

Remember the president of ⁦@Columbia⁩ canceled graduation after arresting 200 of her own students? Today those same students stood strong by holding a beautiful alternative graduation ceremony at St. John the Divine near campus. Major display of student power.👊⤵️

Robert Packer—who celebrated the mass murder of 1m people at Auschwitz—was released with no bond after violently storming the Capitol. I've been under pre-trial house arrest for 17 months after winning a pollution case against Chevron. Again: What are U.S. courts protecting?

BREAKING: The ankle bracelet has been hacked off and I'm heading home! This black claw was both a real and symbolic taking by @Chevron of my freedom and peace of mind for 913 days. Outrageous in the extreme. Full release coming on April 25. I'm thrilled.

BREAKING: Georgia police shot "Cop City" protestor Manuel Terán 57 times in the first state killing of a climate activist in the US. Official autopsy also shows Terán did not fire a gun which obliterates the police narrative. Evidence Terán was executed is overwhelming.

BREAKING: The Siekopai Indigenous nation in Ecuador's Amazon – which helped defeat Chevron in the historic pollution case – just won legal title to 104,000 acres of ancestral lands stolen 80 years ago. Huge win for Indigenous rights and the planet.⤵️ msn.com/en-us/news/wor…

This is madness. The for-profit company monitoring my house arrest (GEO Group) called my cell at 2:15 am this morning to "verify" I was home. If I didn't wake up, they could have put me on "escape" status and sent me back to prison. 26 days left.👊

BREAKING: Danbury prison officials released me this morning to serve the rest of my sentence (136 days) at home.  Huge step forward for our campaign -- but the battle for my freedom and to hold @Chevron accountable continues. So grateful.

Just got a call from the halfway house at 5:20 am saying an "alert" indicated I had left home. Was sleeping in my bed. I expected this. 3 hours to go. 993 days down. Stay with me. 👊❤️

As I head into my Chevron-orchestrated "trial" today after 643 days of house arrest, please never forget what this case is really about. Chevron caused a mass industrial poisoning of the Amazon. 6 courts and 29 judges found it guilty.

BREAKING: In a huge victory, the U.N. has ruled that my 786-day house arrest violates international law — including my right to a fair trial, right to a fair judge, and right to be free from arbitrary detention. Urging my immediate release and reparations.
