I trace 90% of my family back multiple generations to Scotland, Wales and England. I was born in England.
I once suggested immigration wasn't a bad thing on X and people dug through my posts and found a tweet about my Jewish great great grandmother who moved from Germany in the 30s.
The messages, DMs and responses were horrific.
