    This is your monthly reminder that “The Big Three” is not something that shifts. It refers to a very specific time in the late 90s, early 2000s in which One Piece, Naruto, Bleach were far and away the most popular manga. DBZ was never part of it because its manga ended in ‘95.

    Dragon Ball Z was never in the Big 3. The Big Three were Naruto / One Piece / Bleach and represented a very specific time in manga history. There's never been another Big 3 and there never will be. PLENTY of quality series can thrive now (and JJK is certainly part of that)!
