    My youngest brother (the Nasheed artist) runs a honey business named „Believer Honey“. The way it works: straight from the honeycomb into the glass. No processing or chemicals, and the entire production is usually sold out within a few weeks, all via Instagram and WhatsApp. (1/2)

    Code reviews make zero sense if you’re not involved in the development yourself. What we see on the photo is a system design diagram. And the remaining H1B visa holder employees that didn’t have the luxury of quitting.

    I was praying Assr with my 6y old, when his German neighbour friend came over to play with him. Stood there and looked at us all confused and probably thought we’re „doing gymnastics“ and... joined us. Showed the photo to his dad, he thinks it’s cute 🥰

    Once classes were separated, or the number of boys reduced, girls would thrive and usually score higher grades than the boys. That lone is reason enough for me to send my daughters to a segregated school if I had the opportunity.

    A study at IBM in the 80’s or 90’s yielded that its employees think that 80% of their success came from who they genuinely connected with or knew, and 20% was due to their hard work or skills. I’m self-employed for 25+ years and I can confirm 100% of this finding.
