- If your YouTube strategy is to copy MrBeast, You already lost
- Everyone wants to be like MrBeast. No one wants to put in 10,000 hours.
- Show stats for Squid game 🙏Replying to @MrBeastAlso for my fellow YouTube nerds here are the stats for the island video so far

- Open YouTube in an incognito window. Search your latest video, click it. Go to the suggested videos and click a thumbnail that catches your eye. Repeat this for one hour and write down all the ideas you get. Thank me later.
- Don’t let YouTube place your ads. Instead, put them at: - 1min - 3mins - 5mins - 7mins - so on, so forth Adjust by moving to the end of scenes. Then, watch your revenue go 📈
- You can’t do YouTube and: - edit - create - design - consult - analyze - manage - strategize All at the same time. Pick one, outsource the rest.

- If you pay an editor for YouTube videos, consider this: Editing is the bare minimum to be successful on YouTube. Your strategy to get more clicks and watch time is the real difference maker. So, if you don’t know how to do this, what value does your editor truly provide?
- Should you post Shorts to your main channel? No. Your subscribers didn't subscribe for Shorts. Don't give them a reason to unsubscribe by spamming them with lower effort content. If you do post Shorts, make another channel.
