Won't be on here - or working - for a bit. My Dad passed away after a bloody brave battle against prostate cancer. As you get older then make sure you get checked. Easy blood test diagnosed it and he got time to see his grandkids grow up for 10 years. X

Substack for exclusive Charlton Athletic coverage but will use X/Twitter for info on all the south London clubs. Fulham fan.
- Gary Rowett on #Millwall loanee Charlie Cresswell: "Even in the first couple of days of training he has put a few of the lads on their backsides - at 19 years old that takes a bit of confidence and strength."
- Really sad news. South London Press is no more. Want to thank everyone who has helped the paper on the sports side. Will look to put a few tweets out at some point but equally worried that I will miss out on people who have been incredibly supportive.
- Blinding quote from Nathan Jones about Krystian Bielik's comment about Birmingham being too good for League 1. Described it as "naive". "If I thought I was the best looking guy in South London I wouldn't say that before a beauty contest." #cafc

- Chris Farnell has been TERMINATED as Charlton's club solicitor.
- Lyle Taylor is definitely staying. #cafc

- Charlton Athletic are under new ownership. This is not a drill, repeat this is not a drill.
- And the other big news is that the coaching team stays in place. Johnnie Jackson will still be assistant manager. #cafc
- LB: "I could have left on more than one occasion but I chose to stay because I want to be the person who takes Charlton back to the Premier League. It will take time but Thomas is here for the long haul and I want to be a part of that. I believe we'll get there."
- There have been some torrid times for Charlton Athletic, but today's ruling means that Panorama Magic can now sell to someone else. Huge development.
- Alfie May said Birmingham City are the team to beat in League One. #cafc have just done exactly that.
