Big changes to announce. I’ve ended my tenure at Teslarati and will be instead joining Jaan (@TheEVuniverse) at EVwire! 8.3 years. 7,940+ articles, or about 31%, of Teslarati’s entire 25,000-ish archive. Trained several writers, including Joey, who is now Senior Reporter.

Something tells me this driver is not an ideal candidate for FSD beta. So who the heck owns this Model 3? Giving FSD Beta to a completely unfamiliar driver is the height of irresponsibility. This is how you get access revoked. 🤦‍♂️
Tesla has given some drivers access to its "full self-driving" beta software. CNN tried it to see how it works. cnn.it/3CAcgxo

When Elon Musk says all hands on deck for the end of Q1 2019, it's all hands on deck. That includes the Tesla Semi prototype, shown here in its natural habitat, transporting several Model 3 and a Model X.

I don't usually do extended op-eds, but in this case, I think the situation warrants it. Had fun digging through 30-year-old reports, but pretty sad to see similarities with CR's AP findings and an event from way back in 1988 that cost the US a good car.

Your piece was proven false. Own your mistake. Stop trying to argue your way out of this. Your story doesn't hold water.

Stop underestimating Giga 3, Morgan Stanley. 35k-40k per year in 2020 and 60k per year in 2021? Seriously 🤔
Tesla’s Gigafactory 3-powered Model 3 ramp in China gets conservative estimate from Morgan Stanley: 673-769 per week in 2020, 1.1k per week in 2021 $TSLA teslarati.com/tesla-tsla-mod…

Is it just me or is that a Model 3? Door handles, chrome, and AP camera seems to check out. Nice one, Shell 🙃

"They are 100% certain that no one was in the driver seat driving that vehicle at the time of impact" - Const Herman This is a tale of how easily anti-Tesla misinformation settles in, how casually it spreads, and what it takes to set the record straight. teslarati.com/tesla-autopilo…

Yet another extended piece (apologies for the length), but hope you guys take time to read it. This is a tale of how easily anti-Tesla misinformation settles in, how casually it’s allowed to spread, and how much effort it takes to set the record straight.

So SpaceX has a restaurant (and an upcoming bar) for its Starship facility in Texas. Taking votes on what the restaurant and the bar should be named. Special credit to @jasorzcn,@UllinHope,and @ozvsann for posting these cool names.

VC Chamath Palihapitiya makes a great analogy on $TSLAQ vs $TSLA. "You’re getting caught up in the window dressing. I’m focusing on the main course." Wondering why @CNBC initially removed the clip? All around, a very well-founded argument by @chamath youtu.be/0YAMI0sPmoI
