- I have been ashamed to hear members of my party attacking the integrity of the FBI agents involved with the recent Mar-a-Lago search. These are sickening comments that put the lives of patriotic public servants at risk.

- Hey @SenTomCotton - heard you on @hughhewitt criticizing the Jan 6 hearings. Then you said the strangest thing; you admitted you hadn’t watched any of them. Here’s a tip: actually watching them before rendering judgment is more consistent with “Anglo-American jurisprudence.”
- As we heard yesterday, WH counsel Pat Cippollone had significant concerns re. Trump’s Jan 6 activities. It’s time for Mr. Cippollone to testify on the record. Any concerns he has about the institutional interests of his prior office are outweighed by the need for his testimony.
- The January 6th Select Committee has not issued a conclusion regarding potential criminal referrals. We will announce a decision on that at an appropriate time.
- Russia has invaded Ukraine. The Biden Administration and our allies must impose full set of crippling sanctions now.
- During these hearings, I urge all Americans not to be distracted by politics. This is serious. We cannot let America become a nation of conspiracy theories and thug violence.

00:00 - False. The @January6thCmte hasn’t dropped requests for any necessary records. In fact, we’re actively litigating to obtain White House records Trump is trying to conceal. We will not allow him to hide the truth about January 6th, or his conduct, from the American people.
