    I share the position of Washington State voters and believe that we should permanently move to DST. That's why I'm proud to co-sponsor the Daylight Act, which would allow states to elect to observe DST for the duration of the year. Congress should act.
    Data shows a 17 percent increase in traffic fatalities right after we switch to Daylight Savings Time because people don’t get enough sleep.
