    Unfortunately texts aren’t proof because texts can be fabricated. Also they say anyone can have access to that phone and sent those msgs. I’ve dealt with rape and DV cases for years. I’ve learned the law and it doesn’t protect victims at all.

    They literally BANNED Michael Jackson’s original video set in prison on all tv network. They then accused him of being antisemitic because of the lyrics. He shot the new video in Brazil under cartel protection and was then accused of being gang affiliated because of it.

    Towers won’t help anything. I’ve taken my husbands phone while he was at home. I’ve tried to find ways. Ask any prosecutor, Facebook messages and text messages are not concrete and it sucks. I’ve had to deliver bad news from judges and prosecutors to victims CRYING PROFUSELY!
