    A fair map in Virginia should keep communities of interest together, and should ensure that the will of the people is realized. The Farkas Map submitted by @marceelias and the @EliasLawGroup does this; the map proposed by the special masters last week does not.

    🚨BREAKING🚨In our North Carolina partisan gerrymandering case, the three-judge panel has UNANIMOUSLY found the state House and state Senate district plans to be unconstitutional! The court has ordered that new maps be drawn (in public) before the 2020 elections!

    We are urging the Virginia Supreme Court to seriously consider the proposed Farkas Map, submitted yesterday by @marceelias and the @EliasLawGroup, as a much better alternative to the problematic congressional map proposed by the special masters. bit.ly/3e1Ajvn

    ⚖️BREAKING: A federal panel in Alabama has just adopted a #FairMap that complies with SCOTUS’ order to include a second district in which Black voters can elect their candidate of choice. This is a huge victory for voting rights. We’re beyond proud to have been part of this team.

    VICTORY! 🥳 A federal court has enjoined Alabama’s congressional map & ordered the state to enact a new map within 14 days. The order requires AL to draw an additional district in which Black Alabamans have the opportunity to elect a candidate of choice, as required by the VRA.
