More bad news in the games industry, Epic laying off about 900 people and Creative Assembly closing a big project and loosing people too. If you could spread the word, we have over 50 vacancies at present on our website!- This was nice to receive this morning. I've been awarded a C.B.E. in the King's New Year Honours list.
- Thirty years ago today Chris and I officially started Rebellion. Our biggest achievements? Managing to work with great people, release fun things, and still going strong after all these years.
- The right side of the road to drive on is the left. You mount your horse from the left on cleaner ground, then ride off sword arm to sword arm. Anybody else doing differently was conquered by Napoleon and made to change. Ergo driving on the right is a mark of shame. Discuss.

- #rebelliongate if you are following this, I've instructed the agency that applied for the over-broad mark that it must be modified to avoid any authors having to worry about using Rebellion in a book title. I hope we can all now get on with putting energy into making books.
- The Rogue Trooper movie announcement seems to be getting a lot of coverage, which is really great. Such a good team and cast to work with. It's been really collaborative and positive working experience.
- Fortnite world champ, prize four times Wimbledon, audience circa 10 x Wimbledon, trad media coverage, OMG ‘15 year old wins millions’ No coverage of actual event, no pundits, left behind by changing times.

- This morning; announce $100m studio complex, have toast and a decent cup of tea, feed and muckout horses, ride and train said horses, get up tomorrow at stupid o’clock to go on Today program BBC R4. I like it.
