UPDATE: The newest forecasting maps from the @NWS have put a slew of #Illinois counties under a "moderate" risk (level 4 of 5) for #severeweather this afternoon and evening. Everyone should keep an eye on the weather throughout today and be prepared for anything. #ILWx

We're seeing reports of flash flooding, downed trees and power lines, plus radar-indicated and/or visually-confirmed tornadoes. It doesn't help that it's dark out which makes it hard to see any damage. Never approached downed power lines. We have more tips here: #ILWx #Illinois
