Based on our user feedback since @RateYourCharge launched, 90.6% of @Tesla Supercharger experiences are problem free vs 54.7% on EA and 56.7% on EVgo. We also find that when there are problems w/ Tesla Superchargers, the issues are far less severe than competing networks.

Hey everyone! We're announcing some adjustments to our rating scale. We will now require MORE THAN 50% of chargers to be fully functional for a good check-in. Additionally, waiting in line for more than 5 minutes at a full charger will now be considered a "bad" check-in.

Hey @brandenflasch, our editorial team has always moderated check-ins. A check-in is intended to represent if a driver was able to successfully charge during a visit to a location. It looks like the editors may have consolidated multiple check-ins for a single visit here.
