One of Matthew’s nights in the J-31 ICU: 1) Performed an emergent pericardiocentesis ❤️ 💉 on a pt in tamponade 2) Placed a TVP ⚡️ and Swan-Ganz 🦢 in a pt with CHB 3) Escalating refractory CS to ECMO + IABP First month as a fellow? Certainly does not look like it @RanLeeMD
