Just a reminder that if a coach is telling you not to play another sport, they either don't know what they are talking about or they only have their own best interest in mind.- "I was 150 lb, scrawny. - It is with immense sorrow that we announce the passing of Coach Jerry Schulte. What he meant to our program pales in comparison to what all of his players and coaches meant to him. He was so incredibly proud of his time at RFH and will be greatly missed. Love you coach.

- Upsetting to hear about a college coach shutting down their recruitment of a player solely because that player decided to go to a different camp. Colleges are starting to put entirely too much pressure on 16-17 yr olds and their families with these camps.

- If you're being told by a coach that you should only "focus" on one sport, you should reconsider who you are playing for. Good coaches want what's best for their players. Bad coaches only want what's best for themselves.
- Huge congratulations to Charlie Volker on being named a member of the USA National Bobsled Team!! Charlie is the first rookie ever to be named to the team. We're not surprised tho... we've always known he's something special! Great job Charlie!!
- So incredibly proud of @CharlieVolker has been crushing it in everything he does since day 1. As cliche as it sounds, Charlie is a shining example of what hard work and dedication accomplishes. Excellent role model and the entire RFH community is pulling for you. Run Charlie runCongratulations to @CharlieVolker, a first team All-Ivy RB out of @PrincetonFTBL on taking the first step in his journey to the @NFL at the upcoming @Giants rookie minicamp! The 2x Ivy League Champion has rushed for 33 TDs and 1,994 yards for the Tigers!
- If you are being told that weight training, including in season, is not beneficial...you need to seriously think twice about whether or not that person has your best interest at heart. Look at ANY major college team in ANY SPORT. They lift. End of story.
- Congratulations to Coach Schulte on his induction to the NJFCA Hall of Fame! Well deserved after over 45 years coaching. Unfortunately this years induction ceremony was cancelled but hopefully there will be something soon. @rfh_ad @rfhtouchdown
