- When coach says walk/jog the recovery and you walk but don't jogtreat yourself

- If conversation gets stale at Thanksgiving dinner, ask everyone what they think they can run a mile in and then go run a mile
- Reasons I have an agent: 80% so I don't accidentally enter myself in the 10k 20% so I can tell people I have an agent
- In high school I would eat a bowl of ice cream before going for a run so I knew what it felt like to run with a cramp in case it ever happened in a race
