    It is with profound sadness that we learned this morning of the passing of Fionntan McGarvey, one of our Fresher players. We pass our heartfelt condolences and prayers to Fionntan’s friends, team mates, and his family at this most difficult time. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

    We are saddened to learn today of the passing of Collie McGurk, a distinguished footballer and hurler for club, county and university. We extend our sympathy to his wife Sinéad, his daughters Orla, Aoife and Meabh, his son John, and to the entire McGurk family circle.
