A man has been arrested for saying that he does not wish to see Palestinian flags flying all over the UK.
Let's see if trick lies in how one says it & who says it.
I do not wish to see Palestinian flags flying all over the UK.
If someone would kindly report me, let's find out.

- I am full of admiration and respect for Nurse Sandie Peggie. She could have backed down. She was supposed to have backed down. NHS Fife counted on her backing down. The brute, Upton, expected her to back down. Nurse Sandie Peggie did not back down.
- A KC friend sends me this for my amusement. That it has become a recognisable joke speaks volumes. Only a short while ago, we would all have responded, "I don't get it. What's the joke?" Now, we get it. That presents a big problem for the government.
- A few, or many, of you may have read about Tom Boyd, an autistic young man whom Waitrose declined to offer paid work after he had voluntarily stacked shelves for the store, unpaid, for 5 years. Good news. @asda has offered Tom two paid 5 hr shifts/week.
- Final point. Once the Supreme Court has ruled, its decision states what the law has always been, not what it should be from date of judgment onwards. This has implications for cases concluded, cases currently being fought, employers' trans access policies & lots more. Huge.
- A fantastic photograph. Minutes earlier, these gentleman were pounding seven shades of do-do out of each other. Then along came a baby.
- The magnificent Darlington nurses recover women only changing rooms, the awful "Rose" will no longer be able to crash their space, the halfwits at Darlington NHS Trust have fermented eggnog on their face. A coruscating tribunal award would still be good.
- I heard a man say he loved Father Ted but is disappointed at what Graham Linehan "has become". I hated Father Ted but I love & admire the man that Graham Linehan "has become". I admire his courage and his obstinate refusal to be cowed. A man of principle. I really like that.
- Graham was apparently arrested on suspicion of inciting violence. This has as much chance of being the conclusion of a jury of 12 people as a snowball has of passing, unscathed, through hell. That prompts the question: why did the arrest take place at all?
- Those who may be moved by reports of Khelif experiencing "immeasurable psychological damage" should reflect on the fact that despite knowing he is male, he did not pack away his boxing gloves but instead decided to continue punching women to the body & head. Thoroughly ignoble.
- I have been out today and so am only now catching up on the Upton hearing. It seems to have gone completely wild. When a man & a doctor to boot, declares that he is a biological female, it is time to stop the hearing & call in the people in white overalls and bearing sedatives.
- I was not going to do this, thinking that it was something that only women should be doing but as I have seen a number of men doing it, without any obvious sign of objection, I have decided to add my X. I tag @iocmedia to ensure that it sees it.
- One of the tweets which caused 5 @metpoliceuk officers to descend upon the highly dangerous comedian as he made his way off the aircraft was "punch [them] in the bollocks". Elsewhere, bearers of signs saying "kill terfs" happily go about their business unhindered. A "disparity".
- To those who say "this never happens", it is happening right before your eyes. There is no woman in the final of a women's tournament. Let that sink in. No women. Not one. None. Just two blokes. Two blokes in the final of a women's pool tournament, each & every woman defeated, their hopes dashed, leaving it to these two ignoble scoundrels to play for the title, winnings & the glory. This grotesque spectacle, this farce, brings shame on those responsible @ultimatepool_.
