IHSA has ruined the whole state tourney experience. If you play today and lose you play again today. You get a 1 day experience. If you win today, then you don’t play until Saturday. I often wonder how people can sit in a room and think this is a great experience. It’s about Kids

Windermere Prep from FL is led by ZZ Clark. Illinois fans will recognize the name as he is the brother of recent Illini commit Sky Clark. ZZ is a big time recruit himself. He has offers from Illinois, Kansas and several other schools

What a weekend. I’m wiped out. Thank you to everyone for making this event so great. The teams were second to none and the fans showed up big time. Where else would you find 3,500 fans in a high school gym when it’s 1 degree outside. I’ll tell ya where. QUINCY, IL

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of QHS Alum and asst Coach Tom Lepper who passed away today after a courageous battle with Brain Cancer. Big Lepp will be missed, but forever remembered. RIP

The IHSA should really look into what schools bring the most fan attendance to postseason games and award regionals accordingly. Last night in Alton, Quincy probably outnumbered O'Fallon 5-1. Quincy was 2 hours away and O'Fallon 30 minutes. That game in Quincy draws 3000 fans

Gonna go out on a limb and say that Liberty will give Yorkville Christian a game today. Nobody thinks this, but these kids and their coach will be ready. They are well coached and play so well as a team and together. Quincy is pulling for you Liberty, now go get it

This is what High School basketball is about. You don’t get this every night at high school games
