- Replying to @OfAthenryThe Prosecutor and Judge has made this entirely a race issue. The judge referred to Penny multiple times as “The White Man”. The case should be thrown out with Prejudice at this point, espically after they didn’t even bring charges against the Black Men that assisted Penny.
