Distracting them? She told them they needed a valid warrant and they left to get one. ICE didn't have a valid warrant to arrest the man, and thus had to leave. There is no helping someone evade arrest if there is no valid ability to arrest that person.

For the idiots in the comments..trans women don't need breast implants. HRT causes breasts to grow naturally. The size of the breasts varies from person to person of course. Overall the point being, breast implants are not a standard part of gender affirming care.
