- My husband had a gun pointed at his head outside our house this morning. 90 minutes ago. @sfpd has yet to respond to his 911 call.

- In accordance with the Presidential Transition Act of 1963 (PTA), as amended, I hereby ascertain Vice President Joe Biden as president-elect, based on winning 306 electoral votes. President-elect Biden shall receive the necessary funds for a smooth transition of power. @POTUS

- My only thought on the US law review system: we should treat student editors with the utmost respect. They are literally PAYING (tuition which funds lawprof salaries) to read, think about, and edit our work. At best it's free, exploited labor. Complaining about them is😖
- Midterm student evaluations “This is the best teaching I’ve had in law school” And “This professor should not be teaching. Everyone I’ve talked to hates this class and feels this way”
- I finally have a hobby that is truly just for fun (I’m told exercise doesn’t count) And it is arranging grocery store flowers to look expensive
- It's the winter solstice. The darkest, longest night. I have symptoms and can't get a PCR test in SF. And my oven is broken. It only gets brighter from here right?
