- यूपी कैडर के आईपीएस दीपक रतन का नई दिल्ली में हार्ट अटैक से हुआ निधन। 1997 बैच के आईपीएस दीपक केंद्रीय प्रतिनियुक्ति पर तैनात थे। अभी चिर निद्रा में लीन सरल, सौम्य व बेहद प्रतिभाशाली भाई को लेटे देख रहा हूँ तो उनके साथ बिताए पल रह रह कर आँखें गीली कर रहे हैं।अपार शोकव्याप्त है।
