    This is tough to send. I lost my dad, Phil Powell this morning. He was a massive @Everton fan and absolutely loved the club. Some on here worked with him in Fords, B&Q, some knew him from the match. RIP Dad. Thank you for all the Everton memories & making me who I am today.

    Not told anyone this. Year my dad was born we went down (they were already down). I didn’t want them to go the year he died. Cried me eyes out at full time. What a relief.

    If you’re a Manchester United fan planning on joining in the protests / holding up “corrupt” cards in the away end the weekend, fair play to you. You don’t have to get on board and it’s not your problem, but you’re doing what’s right. Respect.

    Btw. Everton spent £1.7M in a summer transfer window to try and keep books balanced for FFP. Chelsea’s manager on Dec 10th has just said “Must sign more players in January”. Here’s Chelsea’s spends in ONE window;

    Everton need to take a leaf out of Liverpools book now,whether you like it or not. Come out, state it’s terrible officiating and it’s “easy to give cards/Pens at Home in a massive game” Pedal it to the press you have on-board and create a scandal. Next game,Voila.Reverse bias
