- South Africa is a democracy with no viable opposition politics. All contestation happens within the ANC and its various factions — Malema was merely highlighting his factional alignment — and the battle is not ideological, but over who gets to eat what, when. It’s horrific.
- The Kiffness is claiming to be cancelled? Are the kittens refusing to work with him?
- First rule of war: don’t give your enemy a 30-day grace period.
- Are South Africans always going to ignore the wild and nutty life of Deputy President David Mabuza, who nearly dies in car crashes about three times a year, and doesn’t appear to have any ambitions other than going to Russia every weekend?
