No matter what was going on he abandoned his hand he was on the other side of the dealer when I walked up. His hands dead there us no excuse he wants to see chips call the floor. You should know better.
So you call the floor, I was never emotional about the decision I raised my voice when he wouldn't let the dealer take the cards and tried to bet. Him leaving his seat was just another way to manipulate the constant stalling situation and he broke the rules plain and simple
