- On April 18, 2024 around 7:05 am, a mountain lion was in a tree off Kinghorn Rd. Officers from Pocatello Police responded and contained the area, it was tranquilized and secured by Fish and Game around 8:32 am. It will be relocated in the mountains outside of the Pocatello area.
