    It is with incredible sadness and hurt that we must announce our baseball family lost one of our very own over the weekend. Carson Merriam passed away on Sunday. We are all crushed and ask that you keep his family in your prayers. We love and miss you Carson! Rest Easy 32!!

    Congrats to our new Head Coach - Steve Deaton! Coach Deaton is a former player/graduate here at Dunbar and was an assistant coach from 2006-2008 and again recently for the past two years. Welcome Coach Deaton!

    Last night HS Basball Stadiums across the state turned their lights on for 20 min and 20 seconds to honor the 2020 Spring athletes. Dunbar Baseball participated to honor our players; especially our 9 Seniors!

    Senior Outfielder Jake Smith #18! Plans to attend Georgetown College to study pre-law, communications, and play a little football. He led our football team to the state final four as our QB! “I’m just excited to have one last go around with my best friends!”
