Meta picks a winner within 72H and is right 67% of the time I went digging into how fast Meta actually decides which ad to back, and how often that early call sticks. A lot of ad accounts, millions in spend, hundreds of batches of ad launches analyzed. A launch is a batch of

There's only two types of D2C brands: 1.) Aesthetic/Pleasure Based - Fashion - Home goods - Cosmetics - Some Food/Drink 2.) Solution Based - Skincare - Electronics - Automotive - Supplements If your brand falls under 1 you're a "I see it, I like it" brand. Your job is to

D2C Distilled for 2025: • Product-market fit + TAM trumps everything. Even with sketchy websites, high demand wins. Finding PMF is the hardest challenge, but it's downhill from there. • 80/20 rule: Only 10-20% of products profitable on Meta, especially in fashion/CPG. Most

Meta optimizes for entire customer journeys now. Not individual ad performance. Journey performance. Your ads get sequenced intentionally to build conversion paths. Meta decides the order based on what converts over the full journey. The mistake: Killing high-spend low-ROAS

Haus just dropped a report that's going to change how everyone thinks about Meta campaigns. 640 incrementality tests over 18 months. $14M in spend analyzed. The findings? Everything we've been told about Advantage+ Shopping campaigns is wrong. Here's what actually happened:

One of the best (and easiest) uses of AI right now is getting an objective opinion of your ads sophistication/awareness level/funnel position. It really helps operationalize the creative process. And you can do this in bulk 50+ ads at a time. You'll find what you think is TOF

All attribution is a scam. Yes, even incrementality testing. Pre-iOS 14: Everyone trusted platform attribution blindly. Meta said 8x ROAS, we believed it. iOS 14 hit: Suddenly realized "tracking" was mostly forecasted models with generous attribution windows. Triple Whale

You don't scale a brand by targeting everyone with your ads. You scale by targeting many niche market segments. Here's the framework that's actually driving profitable scale: → The Cascade Targeting System Most brands get targeting backwards. They optimize for reach
