    Just leaving Anfield. Tonight I have witnessed one of the greatest comebacks in the history of club football. So much of that was due to the unbelievable atmosphere generated by the best supporters in the world. We thank you for your undying belief and faith in this team. #YNWA

    It has been an honour and a privilege to serve this club and its supporters during these past three seasons. @LFC is in a wonderful position both on and off the pitch, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the talented men and women that I have worked alongside to make this happen

    Peter Moore will step down as chief executive officer at the end of August, following a successful three-year contract overseeing #LFC's off-pitch business operations. Billy Hogan, currently managing director and chief commercial officer, will assume the role from September 1.

    Message to supermarket managers here on Merseyside. Our stadium stewards here @LFC are offering their time and expertise in volunteering to help with crowd control, queue management, parking control, assisting the elderly and infirm taking their groceries to their cars, etc. 1/2

    We proudly sing that we’ve conquered all of Europe. But let’s treat this beautiful city with the respect that it deserves, and act in a manner that is befitting of LFC. By all means have a good time, but we are Liverpool, and as such,let’s visit here with grace and humility.
