I wrote my book because I sensed, even before Oct 7, that when it came to Israel, the organized Jewish community had no limits. It would never say "enough." Now Trump is proposing mass ethnic cleansing. Just watch: Jewish leaders will justify this too.

If you thought @AOC's reference to "colonization" was odd, think about all those delegations in the roll call from territories, not states

Why do prominent Republicans see Democratic anti-Semitism everywhere and Trump's racism nowhere at all?

If you foment hatred against Muslims don't offer your sympathy when hatred kills Jews. Anti-Semitism and Islamophobia are two symptoms of the same white nationalist disease. You either fight them both or you are complicit in them both.

Call me crazy but had a Muslim killed two white Christians in Portland I suspect our president would have said something

Just randomly overheard @realDonaldTrump on @CNN call @RepAdamSchiff "little shifty Schiff." Doubt it will even make the papers. Think for a second what would have happened if @IlhanMN or @RashidaTlaib had said that. Then ask yourselves what explains the double standard

Suleimani has lots of blood on his hands. So did Saddam Hussein. And assassinating him is the single most reckless act of American foreign policy since the Iraq War.

Are Jews white? Sometimes. But if you don't think white privilege is operating here, imagine if Malia Obama had converted to Islam and married a devout Palestinian Muslim, who Barack Obama then put in charge of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. You can't even imagine it, can you?
Jared Kushner on why the Palestinians would accept his Middle East peace plan: "I'm not here to be trusted...They're gonna judge it based on the facts and then make a determination. Do they think this will allow them to have a pathway to a better life or not?" @dctvny @hbodocs

.@RashidaTlaib is an embarrassment to other Democrats. She's an embarrassment because she exposes as a sham their claim to defend human rights. She's an embarrassment because she endures so much when they sell out so cheap. She reminds them that their lack of courage is a choice
I am the only Palestinian American serving in Congress, and my perspective is needed here now more than ever. I will not be silenced and I will not let anyone distort my words. I’m from Detroit, where I learned to speak truth to power, even if my voice shakes.

Oppose my ideas all you want. But when you urge people in my neighborhood to give me a pager--in the wake of Israel's pager attack in Lebanon--that sounds like a death threat.

This language is so common that we forget how Orwellian it is. Self-determination is determination of the self, not others. When you deny millions of people citizenship in the land of their birth because they're the wrong religion, that's not self-determination. It's apartheid.
Zionism represents the right of Jewish people to self-determination in our ancestral homeland. We're proud pro-Israel Democrats, who are also concerned about the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. All of these things are compatible. The hate expressed by Del. Sam Rasoul doesn't

You know what actual populism looks like? It's not demonizing immigrants. It's this: Using government to protect ordinary people from corporate greed.
FTC Chair Lina Khan shows Lesley Stahl an asthma inhaler that costs dollars in Europe but hundreds in the U.S. She says drugmakers register patents on inhaler parts like the cap-strap to keep low-cost generics off the market. cbsn.ws/3zuONT2

This is what must scare @AIPAC and its allies. They are winning politically but losing culturally. Their attack ads can't stop Blue America's shift in collective consciousness on the question of Palestinian freedom. If politics really is downstream from culture, they're in

The campaign to depose the presidents of Penn, Harvard + MIT is a campaign to restrict pro-Palestinian speech on campus. If you support it, please have the decency never to sermonize about free speech, academic freedom or cancel culture again.
