This was really good. Larry's a character who has been in the show since episode 1, but he's never talked to anyone and no one has ever talked to him. He's just sat there looking sad for 35 years. & the episode explores just how tragic that really is (but humorously!)

The fucking LOOK on Freddy’s face when he realizes he’s in the real world and now he has to fight Jason…
Robert Englund deserves 20 stars on the Walk of Fame.
Rant: People get stuck in a rut about what something SHOULD be while an outsider POV finds new angles.
Japanese zombie media: "what if a zombie shark ate zombies and then ran around on zombie legs eating people?"
American zombie media: "what if the REAL monster was MAN?"

Loved this bit from What's New, Scooby-Doo, especially since Welker and Kasem were the last original actors. So a scene where they pair up for the first time ever and realize why they NEVER do that is just extra funny (seriously, when have Fred and Shaggy ever hung out together?)
As a kid, I didn't understand that there was supposed to be a timeskip between the setup and the punchline of this scene. So I thought it was a car full of uncanny Simpson family doppelgangers who all died in the crash.
Bart's origin episode is really depressing.
He went to public school with a genuine passion and thrill for learning, but the disinterest and cynicism of the faculty wore him down and made him bitter toward education and community almost instantly.
