- My 67 YO Dad is running a marathon in 3 weeks. He finished training 2 weeks ago and now doing 22+ mile runs to improve his time.. absolute legend.
- My new work superpower is stopping a whole ass meeting to say, “I don’t get what we’re talking about, can you explain it again?” And I LOVE IT HERE
- I legit wish I could invite small cohorts of people into my house, feed them all vegan meals, take them on 2x daily walks, hot tea before bed for just 1 week at a time, and then REVEL in how good their poop // general health life is. I wish.
