    Hi everyone! Quite a few times, we have received messages stating that our account is showing up as Nigeria! I want to reassure everyone that of course we are a real charity, operating in Romania and the UK. We are currently unsure how to change this, but we will investigate!

    We found a mum and pup on the side of a road, in Romania, in the freezing cold. They're not doing well... They are both so weak, the mum has been poisoned. We don’t know if she’s going to survive. She's fighting hard with her treatment. Her puppy is keeping her going, for now...

    The first roadside rescue of our team's trip.💖She’s so skinny, covered in ticks & we are not sure how long she would have survived.😞Very scared when we caught her & it took 3 of our team, but she calmed down in the car. Now the healing begins...#rescuedogs #twitterdogcommunity

    It’s sadly not always possible to take all the dogs from public shelters 💔 This little girl was hiding, after being beaten 😭 Our hearts have broken for her.. and there’s no way we can leave her. Please send love and thoughts while we try and get her 💔

    He didn’t get a home for Christmas 🥺💔 Oh Benji.. 9 years old and stuck in a kennels. He deserves so much more, but no one seems to want him 😞 A grey muzzle, a slower plod and just so desperate for someone to accept him and take him home 🙏🏻 pawprints2freedom.co.uk/apply

    Poor Rudi, reserved back in January, but now the adopter has gone quiet, even blocking our admin. Rudi is a 2 year old male. He can live with other dogs but would happily be the only pet. He can go with children. We can cat test. He's such a sweet boy! pawprints2freedom.co.uk/apply

    This poor mama was found heartbroken next to her puppies who had all sadly passed away 💔 Gabi took her in and cared for her. Gabi sent us this picture today ❤️ She’s doing really well and thriving under Gabis’ care and love ❤️

    8 year old Piper was dropped back at our kennels yesterday 💔 He was given 48 hours. That's it 💔 Why? Because he jumped the stair gate and he can open doors. He just needs a calm pet-free, child-free retirement home to feel safe and loved 😭 Apply: pawprints2freedom.co.uk/apply

    It’s broken our hearts this morning to hear that Teddy has passed away 💔 He was so close to leaving and we had raised his funds. We will still save another dog using the funds. Sadly it’s thought he was older than originally told and the harsh cold isn’t good for the oldies 💔

    Beautiful Matthew, only 4yo but already waiting since 1 year for someone to fall in love with him & get him out of the shelter.😢 Matthew is large-sized but the sweetest of boys. As you can see he doesn't like shelter life. Please help Matthew find a home!🙏💔#rescuedogs #dogs👇

    The hardest part of rescuing is having to decide which dogs to take as we want to take them all.💔Noro wasn't going to make the cut. When the rescuer saw our volunteer break down in tears she couldn't help herself & nodded. You've never seen girl carry a big dog faster... #dogs👇
