    23 years ago tonight my dad committed suicide. I post ever year in the hope that we can help one person & family. In this world you’re never alone & I have an amazing family and friends that look out for me Tonight ask someone you love if they are ok, you might just save a life

    24years ago today my dad committed suicide 😞 I post every year in the hope of helping one person understand they’re not alone❤️ Today I want to say a thank you to my dad which I should have done 24years ago & hope you can read this thread, as this year it’s important to reflect

    Today 22 years ago my dad committed suicide am so sorry I was not strong enough back then. Thank you for helping me over the years. My dad believed in a fair & just society I aim to make his dream a reality. Please hug & ask your loved ones are they ok as tomorrow is too late ❤️

    37 years ago I walked out Love St after KV Mechelen holding my dads hand saying maybe next years dad Tonight being in 🇮🇸 as part of @saintmirrenfc is one of the most exciting, emotional & proud moments of my life🙏 Dad if your looking down tonight I will be holding your hand ❤️

    Maybe am just getting old but this made me a bit emotional. I closed my eyes today and could remember some amazing games, some fantastic memories & even heard some of noise of a Saturday. Racecourse thanks for the memories you gave me over the years 🙌

    🙌🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🙌 In 1986 I asked my dad if we could go to the World Cup he said maybe the next one, 90, 92, 96, 98 all went. Today is a wee bit emotional 😭 But we believe ❤️

    A very hard message to write especially this year 😔 25yr ago today my dad committed suicide and every year I send out a message in the hope we can help one person or family This year is no different & I hope you don’t mind me sharing these words below with you all ❤️

    1982 - I was told by a teacher, I was slow and not to dream too high because am dyslexic 😞 2022 - I stand on stage at a @UEFA conference presenting on how to make football more inclusive 😊 Never give up on a dream, alway help someone and never give up 🙌❤️⚽️

    ⚽ Football should be available to everybody who wants to play it. At the third and final day of UEFA's #grassrootsfootball conference in Madrid, we have focused on disability football with fantastic insights from @ScottishFA and Spanish blind footballer Javier Álvaro Ruiz.

    A number of months back I took a call from @Kenny_Millar asking if I would help with a small project Tonight my phone is filled with people proudly wearing their own @_FCUnited tops ❤️🙌 Thanks to all involved in the project, we might slowly be starting to make a difference ❤️
