    On behalf of the Knopick’s, I wanted to post an update on Conor. After all of the scans, everything came back clear, and he will make a full recovery!! Thank you for all of the prayers, wishes, and messages! It’s truly a tight-knit bond in the wrestling community!

    #15 seed - Fr. Isaac Trumble (197) Trumble will be making his first trip to the NCAA Championships. He was recently an ACC Finalist, and has won eight of his last nine matches, including a 5-0 mark in ACC duals. #PackMentality // #WinningCulture
