- Replying to @PatriciaKemptonUpdate: The cyclist got a disorderly conduct charge- $160 fine, which he paid. My son received a citation at the cyclist’s request, which the DA has since dismissed after seeing the exculpatory dash cam footage exonerating him.
- This is my son’s video! He handled himself well in this tense situation. I am very proud of him!
- Replying to @f0rumspec16Cyclist got a disorderly conduct charge and paid $160 fine. My son's moving violation citation - which the cyclist insisted on - has been dismissed.

- Replying to @johnbryanesqI’m Pierce’s mom, and I agree 100%. My son never should have been cited in the first place. The officer did not witness anything and the cyclist was not credible. Dash cam footage should have been viewed before any action was taken. This whole ordeal has been frustrating!
