💬In an interview to @Reuters emphasized that in an ideal world #Armenia|ns of #NagornoKarabakh could have lived under #Azerbaijan but history makes this very hard to imagine. For that to happen instead of shooting civilians, a dialogue between Stepanakert & Baku is necessary.
